A scheduled job checks company career boards several times a day and scores each new posting against a profile, with the reasons written out. You decide what to apply to. It never submits an application. A scan of your mailbox on your Mac then moves each application to interview, offer or rejection as the emails arrive.

  2. 02 ScoreEach posting gets a 0 to 100 profile-fit score, the reasons behind it, and anything to verify, such as an unstated internship term.
  3. 03 ReviewStrong matches go to a review queue and a Mac notification. Logins, legal questions and the final submit stay with you.
  4. 04 ReconcileApple Mail is scanned locally every 15 minutes. Stage changes are recorded. Message bodies are not stored.
